Data controller
The data controller is La Terra dei Sapori, based in Pianezza (TO), Italy. For any request regarding personal data, or to receive the controller's full identification details, write to laterradeisaporibiologico@gmail.com.
Data collected through the contact form
The form in the "Order your Box" section collects a name, a contact (phone or email), the delivery town and an optional message. Submitting it opens the user's own mail application and the message is sent by email to laterradeisaporibiologico@gmail.com. No data is stored automatically on a server: it remains in the controller's mailbox.
Email is handled through a third-party service (Google Gmail), which acts as technical processor for the transmission and storage of messages.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to reply to requests for information or orders and to organise delivery. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, under Article 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration plus 24 months. Documents with tax relevance are kept for 10 years, as required by law. After those periods the data is deleted.
Site statistics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits in aggregate and anonymous form. This service does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and performs no user profiling. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, the host records the standard technical data of each visit (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type) solely to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). These logs are kept briefly by the provider and are not used to profile anyone. Vercel is a US provider; transfers rely on the safeguards foreseen by EU data protection law.
Typefaces
Typefaces are served from our own server: opening the site makes no request to Google or any other font provider. This site installs no cookies.
Your rights
At any time you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to the processing, by writing to laterradeisaporibiologico@gmail.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
